SLI Installation Preparation for the 2000/2001 Shutdown
held on Monday 8rd May, 2000

This note is intended only to record the list of people present and to provide more detail of comments and the outstanding questions regarding the work in the BA1.

Almost all of the work taking place in BA1 during the 2000 - 2001 shutdown has been requested by SL-BT or is necessitated by SL-BT activities. A certain amount of preparation has already taken place mainly during the last shutdown.

In view of the limited storage space available and the great volume of material involved, it is a general policy of SL division that any equipment for which a use is not envisaged in the near future should be disposed of.

 

Attention: It is imperative to give all requests for cable pulling/removal/modification to ST-EL (M. Condemine + P. Woillet) before the end of June.
